About Sammati Yoga
Sammati yoga brings together essential practices of yoga that open you to the deep sense of harmony that already exists within you. Combining the practices of mindful movement with restorative release poses, you experience greater harmony between your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Vinyasa – slow flowing series of asana (poses) where movement is combined with mindful breathing – strengthening your legs, arms, shoulders and abdominal muscles for greater strength and balance.
Spinal Muscle Release – supported asanas (poses) that release chronic tension in your core muscles, the deepest layer of muscles in your body. This provides spinal decompression which leads to a decrease in aches and pain, flexibility and relief from anxiety and stress.
